To use DoseDraft features safely, please accept these terms below. This is stored locally on this device.
1) Product purpose
DoseDraft helps clinics create and print prescriptions and manage a medicine list. It is a software tool only.
- •It does not replace medical judgement.
- •It does not provide diagnosis or treatment decisions.
2) Medical responsibility (critical)
You (the doctor/clinic) are solely responsible for:
- •Prescription accuracy, dosage, timing, and interactions.
- •Patient safety, counselling, and follow-ups.
- •Compliance with medical council rules and local regulations.
3) Data storage and privacy
Offline-first by design
By default, DoseDraft stores data locally on your device (e.g., SQLite database). You control backups and retention. If you enable future cloud sync, separate terms may apply.
4) Security obligations
Keep clinic machines secure
- •Use password-protected user accounts.
- •Restrict device access to authorized staff only.
- •Keep backups securely (encrypted drive recommended).
5) Allowed usage
- •Use DoseDraft for legitimate clinical prescription generation and record keeping.
- •Use in accordance with applicable laws and clinic policies.
6) Prohibited usage
- •No unlawful use or falsification of prescriptions.
- •No unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or tampering.
- •No use that violates patient privacy or confidentiality obligations.
7) Warranty disclaimer
DoseDraft is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation on all devices. You should verify printed output and keep backups.
8) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoseDraft and its creators are not liable for clinical decisions, incorrect prescriptions, patient outcomes, or damages resulting from use or inability to use the software.
9) Updates and changes
We may update features or modify these terms. Your continued use after updates means you accept the updated terms. If you don’t agree, stop using the product.
