This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for DoseDraft, which is a subscription-based digital software product. Since DoseDraft provides software access and not physical goods, refunds are governed by service access, payment status, and usage circumstances.

Digital subscription policy
DoseDraft is a digital subscription product. Refunds are not treated the same way as returns of physical products. Refund eligibility depends on whether access was activated, whether the service was used, whether there was a technical issue, and whether payment was successful and properly mapped to the customer account.
1) Nature of product
DoseDraft is a software-based service delivered digitally. There is no physical product return process.
- •Access is provided through account activation and subscription status.
- •No courier return, pickup, or parcel exchange is involved.
2) When refund requests may be considered
Refund requests may be considered in cases such as:
- •Successful payment was made but subscription access was not provided.
- •Duplicate payment was charged for the same plan unintentionally.
- •Payment was captured but there was a genuine technical failure preventing activation.
- •A billing issue occurred that is verified by our internal review.
3) Cases where refund may not be applicable
Refunds may not be applicable in situations such as:
- •The plan was successfully activated and materially used.
- •The issue arose from incorrect plan selection by the customer.
- •The customer failed to use the service despite successful activation.
- •The problem was caused by user-side internet, device, browser, or credential issues and not by our platform.
- •Refund is requested after substantial use, benefit, or consumption of the subscription period or AI credits, where applicable.
4) Review process for refund requests
All refund requests are subject to verification and internal review. We may examine:
- •Payment reference and transaction details.
- •Account activity and access logs.
- •Activation status of the purchased plan.
- •Whether the service was already used or consumed.
- •Any technical issue reported by the customer.
5) Refund timeline
All eligible returns will be credited into customer's original payment mode within 5-8 working days.
- •Actual credit timing may vary depending on banking systems, payment gateway processing, and the customer’s issuing bank.
- •Approval of a refund does not always mean instant reversal on the same day.
6) No physical return requirement
Since DoseDraft is not a physical product, customers are not required to ship, return, or courier any item in order to request a refund.
- •Refund evaluation is based on digital access, activation status, and payment verification.
7) Cancellation vs refund
Cancellation of future access and refund of an already processed payment are not always the same thing.
- •A subscription may be cancelled or non-renewed without guaranteeing refund of the current billing period.
- •Refund decisions are made separately based on the facts of the transaction and usage.
