No physical product is shipped
DoseDraft is a software-based product. When you purchase a plan, you are paying for access to digital features, subscription benefits, and platform usage. No medicine, hardware, printed material, USB device, or boxed product is physically delivered to your address.
1) Nature of delivery
DoseDraft is delivered digitally. After successful payment and account activation, access is provided online through your login and subscription status.
- •There is no warehouse dispatch.
- •There is no courier or postal shipment.
- •There is no tracking ID for physical delivery.
2) What you receive after purchase
After payment is successfully processed and verified, you may receive one or more of the following depending on your plan:
- •Access to paid features inside your DoseDraft account.
- •Activation of your selected subscription plan.
- •Updated usage limits, credits, or AI-related benefits, if applicable.
- •Order or payment confirmation on-screen or by email, where enabled.
3) Delivery timeline

6) Incorrect expectation of physical shipment

Purchasing DoseDraft does not create any obligation on us to physically ship a product to your clinic, home, or office.
7) Failed payment or incomplete activation
If payment fails, is reversed, remains unverified, or is not mapped successfully to your account, digital access may not be activated.
